How we use the details you share in our reservation and contact forms, where we keep them and what your rights are, in plain words.

What we collect
We only process what you type into the forms on this site, plus the technical logs needed to run it securely.

If you mention health information such as allergies in your notes, we use it only to prepare a suitable service for you. Sharing it is entirely up to you.
Why we use it
- To receive, confirm by phone and manage your reservation and event requests
- To reply to your message or request
- To prepare your visit around your seating preference, occasion and notes
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse and spam submissions
- To remember your language on later visits
- To meet our legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities
Legal basis and collection
Data is collected electronically and automatically through the forms on this site and server logs, on these legal grounds:
- Entering into and performing a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c): handling reservations and event requests
- Legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç): keeping records required by law
- Legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f): replying to your messages, site security and remembering your language
- Explicit consent (Art. 6): health information you choose to share in your notes
How long we keep it
Form records are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for the retention and limitation periods set by law, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Security logs on the server are deleted automatically on a regular basis. If you would like a record removed, just write to us.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask us to:
- confirm whether your personal data is processed,
- give you information about that processing,
- tell you the purpose and whether data is used accordingly,
- tell you the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad,
- correct incomplete or inaccurate data,
- delete or destroy it under the conditions of Article 7,
- notify those corrections or deletions to third parties it was transferred to,
- object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis,
- compensate damage caused by unlawful processing.
How to apply
Send your request with your full name, ID or passport number and nationality, address, email or phone and what you are asking for, by one of these routes:
- A signed letter delivered by hand or post to: Yeniköy Mah., Köybaşı Cd. No:71, 34464 Sarıyer, Istanbul, Türkiye
- From the email address you gave us, or with a secure electronic signature, to info@azurrestaurants.com
We will answer within 30 days, free of charge. If the request involves an additional cost, the fee schedule of the Personal Data Protection Board may apply. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Board.
