Azur was founded in 2018 by six gourmet partners in Yeniköy, facing the Bosphorus. Modern cooking, signature cocktails, fine wines and champagnes, art and design, and music from lunch into the night all meet at the same table.
The freshest produce is cooked with traditional methods. Bluefish, turbot and red mullet from local waters, in their season, are the heart of the menu.
